Owner & Occupational Therapist
Froza Doe, MS, OTR/L is the owner of Flourish Pelvic Health & Wellness and the Flourish Birth & Family Collective. She has completed post-graduate education and training for pelvic floor rehabilitation from The Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and received training in Reiki and trauma-informed care. Froza strives to provide a holistic and trauma-informed approach to improve function and enhance her client’s overall quality of life.
Froza realized her passion to pursue a specialty in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation after giving birth to her son. After many of her postpartum concerns were dismissed by her physicians as “normal”, Froza sought answers to address the underlying cause of her problems and found the answers in pelvic floor therapy. From the moment she discovered pelvic floor therapy, she knew she wanted to utilize her clinical knowledge and experience to empower women to restore function and improve their ability to engage in their daily activities and interests.
Froza currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, son, and daughter. During her spare time, Froza enjoys dancing, singing karaoke, kickboxing, going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys watching movies and eating brownie a la mode.

Our Values, Beliefs, & Treatment Philosophies
-
Occupational therapists are experts in ADLs (activities of daily living) & IADLs (instrumental ADLs).
Some examples of ADLs & IADLs include bowel & bladder health, sexual function & performance, menstrual hygiene, toileting, child rearing, and play and leisure.
-
OTs by nature are holistic medical practitioners- we straddle that line between “crunchy” and traditional medicine.
We at Flourish Pelvic Health & Wellness prioritize function, prevention, and informed consent for all of our clients. We assess mental health for each and every client as well as provide interventions that reflect your entire being- not just one body part of muscle group!
-
All of our therapists hold a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist Certification (CCST) from the Arizona Trauma Training Institute.
We are the only clinic in southeastern PA who holds this certification and we specialize in people who have undergone trauma throughout their journey.
This can include birth trauma, medical trauma, sexual trauma, and more. One of the first ways to cope with trauma is to learn to regulate your physical state, and we are experts in that area.
-
We at Flourish Pelvic Health & Wellness value social justice.
We are anti-racist and we provide gender-inclusive care. We believe that humans across the US don’t receive equal access to or quality of healthcare, education, or opportunities, but that they absolutely deserve it.
We actively work to change that in our local communities through providing pro bono opportunities and financial assistance to those who need it.
We believe that we still have a lot to learn and are continually reflecting on our own biases to make sure we’re providing the best care possible to everyone.
-
Education is one of our highest values as a company, and each pelvic floor therapist here has taken multiple courses to help propel them to become experts in our field. We love learning, and continue to do so as much as possible!
Unfortunately, many clinics only require their pelvic floor OTs/PTs to take one course before having them work with patients. At Flourish, we take a minimum of 4 and most of our clinicians have at least 10 courses, in addition to years of experience.
